Mandate Instructions

Duly completed Account opening form

Specimen Signature card or Mandate cards (usually two)

2 Independent and Satisfactory Reference forms each duly completed by an individual who maintains a current account with any commercial or microfinance Bank in Nigeria.

Proof of Address or Utility bill

BVN

Means of Identification e.g. valid Driver’s License, National ID Card, International Passport, ECOWAS Travel Document (Residence permit for expatriates)

Two Recent Passport Size Photographs of Signatories

Mandatory Initial Deposit (N5, 000 for Personal Current Account and N 10,000 for Corporate Account)

Savings Account Application form with Mandate Card

Means/Form of Identification e.g. Voters card, Driver license, International Passport etc

Mandatory Initial Deposit of N2,000.

3 Recent colored Passport size Photographs of each Signatory to the Account

Minimum opening Balance of N 2,000
